I am challenging myself to stick with my plan for the next 5 weeks…no deviance! I broke into the 150’s right before my knee surgery. Now, I want to break into the 140’s. Come on girl!!
158.4 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
