Weight the same. Need to increase carbs!!!

Got accepted into SSD on 2-10-15!!!!!!

Blood sugar level is 129 at 12:00 p.m.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Got excited about being accepted for SSD as of Sept. 2014!!!! Allowed myself to cheat with ring dings at midnight!!!!! BACK TO THE DIET TOMORROW!!!!
