first full week of M W F morning workouts. trying to rat 6 meals a day every 2-3 hours. still ate pretty bad over weekend (joey's bday etc)
161.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

Exercising set days have really worked for me. Also morning workouts work well for me, because then I cannot start anything else, and keep delaying it. I hope you succeed in keeping up the workouts. And good luck with the small/many meals! You can do it!
