My latest goal is to eat healthily for all the 3 meals and to maintain my work. I shall work towards a healthier lifestyle while reducing my weight!

My mini goal: Never overeat! Always cut half the portion and eat slowly! :)

Breakfast: 4 tsb of uncook oatmeal + milo
Lunch:
118.2 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
