First day on this site -- mostly using it as a source to keep track of food.
I'm doing a keto diet, but have plateaued the last 2-3 weeks or so despite not doing anything wrong/out of the ordinary, so I wanted to be sure I was getting enough fat.
Started at 311lbs(!) last year, but was 286 when I started really going at it last November. Goal weight is in the 220 range, which at my lean body mass would be 15% body fat -- my lean body mass is 190lbs!
