Took those helpful comments into action and I have been exercising and eating well. When I get stressed I let myself go for the hard run I crave, and the flavourful food I desire. Finally feel like things are falling into place!!
121.9 lb Lost so far: 8.1 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
