Good Day Yesterday…Solid food intake with all the nutrition needed and exercise. Weight heavy this morning cause I drank a ton of water prior to weigh in . Should see that lower tomorrow.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 14.0 lb a week
