It is nice to be back on the right path. I just need to stick with it - plenty of reasons to do so. Maybe I will go back and read my old journals that compare month to month gains. Bella's were also super motivational. Like taking the stairs without sucking for air. Crossing your legs. It is the things that just creep up on you that are missed - when was I no longer able to cross my legs?
238.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 73.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
