ça y est ... ça a mis 4 jours mais elle est passé cette barre des 74 !!! grrr c'est rageant quand ça stagne lol allez plus que 9.8 ... et premiere etape ok ...
162.7 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
