I honestly started in November, and have been very flaky. I know this way of eating works, it is more of a mentally weak thing. I know what to do, I know how to do it, I love the way the food makes me feel and look. I don't even physically crave the food it is a mental thing, I get it in my head that I am going to eat this or that then I just do it. Then I beat myself up over it. Skinny feels better than ANY food tastes.
