Had a crazy weekend with my daughter. She swims USA and we were at a meet all weekend away from home. We stayed in a hotel that offered breakfast...but...not anything but coffee that I could eat. Well the first day they had some hard boiled eggs. It was a challenge and a learning experience for me to try to order off restaurante menus. I did fairly well but realized even the veggies can add up those carbs. (salad bar). All in all I feel I did pretty darn good. I was even able to resist the desserts my family was eating. I lost some pounds so that is good. I am drinking water and ice tea a lot. I am surprized tea has carbs. I am on my second week of induction on Atkins. I feel pretty good I just get hungry some times. I am using the Atkins bars to help with my hunger when I am not near home to make a snack. I am pleased with my weight loss I just have to keep my focus.. Keep going! I will also be adding some exercise this week.
