Wow.Unbelievable.I have been eating like a pig for several months now.I about to go and buy some size 38 pants for work.

I am going to try and have one day of eating healthy.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
