This is very encouraging. Ran sprints last night at the gym and worked abs... Went with a friend after workout to Panera and had about half of a chicken ceasar salad (which I had not really budgeted calorie wise) but this morning things looked fine on the scale. Pants are still uncomfortably snug, I think being back to 120 is where my clothes fit the best so I will keep plugging along.
