I started the Atkins diet on 6/27 and I have already lost ten pounds. I have a week and a half gaining and losing the same pound.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 July 2011:
1420 kcal Fat: 98.44g | Prot: 87.27g | Carb: 50.01g.   Breakfast: Cucumber (Peeled), Red Tomatoes, splenda, half and half, coffee, lettuce and tomatoes, turkey burger. Lunch: beef oxtail, calaloo with codfish. Dinner: atkins cafe caramel shake, olive oil and lemon, cherry tomatoes, fresh moz, mixed greens. Snacks/Other: pork ribs, Atkins Advantage Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll Bar. more...
