DOING BETTER! I couldn't help but log the progress. I dropped 5 lbs in 2 days (I suspected my gain was mostly water). I still have 5 more to go to get BACK to where I was at... but I'm focused now. I have the will power (most times) and I have the ability!
181.3 lb Lost so far: 37.7 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 16.5 lb a week

Awesome job!!! Yes, I too dropped almost 5 since Monday. Feels great. Don't ever want to see those number again! Congrats!
