Starting back on track since I'm almost done with being sick and having to babysit a very active grandson for a few days has helped me out with burning calories. Thank God for grandkids .
340.0 lb Lost so far: 22.9 lb.    Still to go: 119.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
