It's just time for me to do this. It's very easy to talk about, but it's actually a big lifestyle change. So is diabetes, and I do not want to be told that I have it. So, it's time to get to work. I'm uncomfortable in this body, my legs are always swollen. And I'm tired of it.
285.0 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
