I quit smoking on 1/1/15 and have been having trouble with weight loss - have done so good and don't want to gain weight back. Sugar-free hard candies have been helping but don't want all the carbs. I'm trying to keep my carbs down to 40 each day. Waiting for my grandson to be born - Mommy is in labor now.
