another week with no weight loss. That's okay. I think my body is adjusting. Two weeks without any loss is technically not a stall, as it has to be 4 weeks. I didn't do my gym exercise last week, so am going to do it this week. Next week I have my surgery, so am just trying to be gentle with myself till then. At least I haven't gained, just stayed the same for the past 2 weeks.
