I was feeling some trepidation about this weigh-in, but I'm really happy with the results. 8 days of clean eating and some exercise have resulted in a 1.6 lb loss!
258.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 108.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
