WEll I have gone nowhere on the weight effort---I am redoubling my efforts for 28 days--Lent starts the 18th--a good time to cut off sweets and wine--a tough decision--but for now, write it down, try to cut back on wine, 3 veggie meals a week--cutting down on meet and fish. Hope to have a good report of at least 1.5 pound gone next Monday.
