I don't know what is wrong with me...I went on a cooking spree today. made a pork roast with baby potatoes, carrots and mushrooms. made vinegrary coleslaw, and baked bear bread. For exercises I ate. I'm going to run in ....
137.6 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
