Have not stuck to the diet throughout the year. Did keep steady at the 238lb for ages but just had my sons wedding and a 2 week holiday in Italy hence the weight gain. I feel like re-focusing now to try and lose some more.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
