Day 5-- dark purple! Yay! I'm a little sad my weight loss seems to have slowed down, but I'm taking it as a sign that maybe I'm losing less water and more fat since I'm in a higher level of ketosis now. I'm also seeing the wisdom in only weighing in once a week. If wasn't weighing myself daily I wouldn't have known that I didn't lose any weight Thursday or that my weight loss was slowing down, just that I'd lost almost 10 lbs. in 1 week. Of course on the other hand, weighing myself daily may point me to things I really shouldn't be eating, like that double-double.
