Between my last weigh in and this one I floundered around a bit. However, I have been back on the wagon so to speak for the past week and feeling good and excited about the small progress I made this week. My big "discovery" which should be no surprise to keto diet followers was the higher my fat percentage the better I did. I am also having trouble keeping my protein low enough but overall I am feeling positive.
256.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 106.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
