Started my journey on January 1st. Starting weight was 177. Weigh in every Sunday. First weigh in went up 2 lbs. Next weigh in was 175. Stayed at 175 until my weigh in today. So happy that the scale moved. Gym 5/6 times a week. Started circuit training this week instead of just lifting and cardio. Lowered myself to 1050 calories a day and trying to eat lots of protein.

Diet followed reasonably well.
