The water weight is just dropping off now that I’ve been refocused and recharged! Gotta stay the course and my goal is to get to 145 by the end of the month. It’s supposed to the beautiful today so taking the kids and dogs on a walk to the park that’s 1.2 miles away! After that hoping for another workout at nap time, but we’ll see cause the bad sleep train is still chugging right along over here and I’m feeling super drained from being up all night with the baby 😭 I hope y’all are doing great though, and that you have a day that’s amazing as you are!
149.6 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
