I didn't get to exercise as much as I wanted to this week T_T (only 2 out of 5 days...). I was really lazy. But I started eating several small meals during the day and it really helped, so it helped me reach my weight goal for the week.
This week, I want to get under 163. So that's at least 1.4 lbs, which is what I did this week without exercising a whole lot. I want to reach my goal of exercising five days of the week, because I'll be on vacation for a week after that, and things will become difficult.
