Gained 2 ounces because I ate liver and onions w/mashed potatoes and butternut squash and a roll with butter!!!! Not bad considering that all.

Ate lunch late today (12:30) talking with Mick on and off in the morning. Blood sugar level is 99. Have to keep an eye on it. Watch the carbs & sugar intake.

Super Bowl tomorrow!! Must watch calorie intake.

249.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 89.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
