vlcd 12 i havent been completely following the plan and am totally disappointed in my progress! got a party today and i must be strong!!! its gonna be a tough day :-(
179.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
