Feel great about this. Started strength training a few weeks ago and had mentally prepared for some ups and downs as I know I’ve gained muscle and lost inches.

HEALTHY MOMENT OF GRATITUDE: Gaining back my passion for fashion that seemed forever lost because aid given up on it years ago when I wanted to be invisible, when I hated looking in the mirror, when I couldn’t fit into “normal” sizing. I forgot how much I loved it and I’m so grateful it’s back in my life
215.8 lb Lost so far: 169.7 lb.    Still to go: 80.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you!! I was a running addict until injuries stopped me ( full stop - walking with a cane and chronic pain). After my knee surgery and back to walking and starting strength training, I feel my body get leaner and mind clearer. Also scales reflected a consistent loss, and clothes feeling better. The walks listening to audio books are my daily escape 😊

Yay! Great reason to be grateful! Even though I’ve stalled with 3 pounds to go, again lol, my clothes are fitting better too! Congrats @healthycurves!
