This was a very busy and somewhat stressful week but I came through it without "stress eating". I am not disappointed about the slight gain. My old habits would have resulted in much more.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
