Excellent day yesterday . Did a strong run and also played squash. Followed diet perfectly. 3rd day of reefed after water fast so the body held onto a bit of weight. Which is OK. Used CRONOMETER and hit 90 % of all my nutrition markers with 797 Calories consumers yesterday. Did not eat after 6 pm and had nice Break Fast of papaya watermelon honeydew and blueberries.
