Messed up with the food last night. Gosh if I were someone else and I was reading this I would want to shake me! I feel like crap, my throat hurts and my head is stuffy. I have lost my voice completely. My teeth hurt, so feeling this way all I wanted to do was numb the pain which in the past has been food. So I turned to it. Last night it was for comfort yesterday afternoon it was boredom. Its weird when my teeth hurt or I have a headache I eat. You would think I wouldnt bc my teeth hurt. lol. Anyways add all that to no exercise and you get fat fat fatter. I did take a nice walk last night with the whole family, not an exercise walk persay but a long walk up some hills and down and ran a little with the kids, at least it was something other than sitting n eating. Maybe I should stop worrying about a hard workout and just do the walk away the pounds for awhile. I dunno. It would at least be something. Today I cant stop couching either oh man! I need to feel better.

Aw ... so sorry you are feeling puny!! That just isn't fun at all. I completely get you ... about eating when you feel poorly. I am tempted to do, and sometimes do, the same. Walking is so good for you, plus you get to be outside and let the fresh air clear your mind. My sister got a really fabulous shape just by walking alone. Walking in the winter is almost a necessity for me, because I get the winter blues/cabin fever!

I DID IT! I GOT THE NEW SKILLET ALBUM ON MY PHONE AND ROCKED THE WALK AWAY THE POUNDS 3 MILES! 45 mins of intense, my feet barely touched the floor I was so into the music. I am dripping wet and STINKY!!!!

and here I was wondering about how the skillet picture worked in with all this feeling crappy. :) I really have to read all the journals/emails/facebooks with you ash! geez! Walk away the lbs is good if you do nothing else cause it is brainless.
