Greetings. May is on our doorstep about to knock; April's been a good month to me, but it's time to bid her adieu.

On this wall calendar, soon after waking up in the morning, I'll write an "M" in the square for the date of the previous day when I've followed my meal plan that day. This tool gives a little dopamine hit to start the day and stay on track.
