I'm not sure if this will work for you but I read in a magazine that this person used I "swear jar" concept for exercising. So basically she would put in $5 every time she didn't work out. Her goal was to work out at least 3x a week and eventually settle on 5x a week. It has worked for me, I have struggled to exercise regularly. I have exercised for the past two weeks, 5x a week.
