Don’t know why the arrow is pointing up showing a gain? But I am down from 210 a week ago, first week on my cut so most of this is water weight and it should level out this week.

I just noticed my post from last week about starting my cut (and where I updated my weight to 210) is gone. Well, anyway I lost 5.4 this week, and as I stated above most was water being it the first week.
