Still here. Minor fluctuations in weight. Working on getting below 170. Changed up my strength training routine and had some leg/knee soreness. Took a day off and modified slightly. Seems better and I will continue to work towards getting back to the new routine in full. Still fasting 18+ hours a day. Feeling good. Hope you all have a great day!!
173.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
