I can't believe it. ((( 5 POUNDS ))) So So happy. I am dancing all over. I am really motivated to keep going and work harder at it.

Thank you all for your support this week. If it was not for all your supportive comments I'd still be in the in the kitchen binge.

175.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb. Still to go: 50.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
