Day one: drank a little over half my waters in meals were okay. Felt a little loopy about midday.
Day two: did terrible with waters and barely ate anything. I felt out of it for a lot of the day but also drank a Dr Pepper which may have contributed to it. Didn't fall asleep till 2 AM and then woke up around 630. Don't feel well rested but also don't feel tired. Today however could be a long day. Making it a point to get my waters in because I want to start working out.
Have a feeling some of the weight will come back as soon as I eat and drink "for the pills" again.
