Lessons Learned: i feel a million times better when I drink a ton of water and eat alot of protein. I need to continue to make it a habit to PLAN little meals. Yesterday I went to Trader Joe's during lunch and bought a few things that I turned into a protein packed salad for yest and still have leftovers today. I went for the salmon and might have turkey next time. I love that they have it precooked. it's delicious and not pricey at all.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
