Holding steady. Need to step up the strength training. Spent the last few months struggling to get on a consistent schedule. Eating also needs to be adjusted. Not much, but need to drop certain snacks.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
