I know that it seems there has been no change but in fact staying steady at this weight for a week is a great feeling. I had creeped back up the 187/190 for awhile so this is a great feeling :) hoping to see a drop though in coming weeks.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
