I know that I may have lost water weight from the weekend. I always do great during the week with my diet and workouts, but come the weekends, I let all fly out the window. I know I have to buckle down and follow thru even on the weekends. I'm tired of taking two steps forward then one step back weekend after weekend.

I am the same way! What I've been trying to do so I can be good even on the weekends is first, getting the fat secret app. So when I'm out and about I can still update my foods right away instead of (if I don't forget) at home. Also, I post what I'm going to eat to the app [i]before[/i] I eat them. Sometimes after I go out with the boyfriend I didn't realize how much that meal was gonna cost my body. Putting it in before hand tells me what it's gonna cost me before I eat it. Hope that's helpful and I hope it keeps helping me!

Thanks demon midget....Having just joined, I am finding this app helpful. I will begin to log foods before eating as you suggested. I'm also finding, with my first 2 days of logging, I'm not taking in enough calories. I feel like I'm eating a lot but not enough in calories. I've got to work on that. It's a learning process and this app is helping me greatly.
