Good. Morning my FS friends! Finally back home from a 3 day vacation at Disneyland and California Adventure! So Much Walking! So little sleep. I gained a couple lbs which isn’t bad considering my eating was way off and I wasn’t really tracking but walking tons. Plus I didn’t go to the bathroom #2 the whole 5 days we were gone which I’m sure contributed. Here are my walking stats:
4/16: 17,885 steps, 7.53 miles
4/17: 20,493 steps, 8.14 miles
4/18: 17,461 steps, 7.21 miles
4/19: 17,635 steps, 7.42 miles

We had an absolute blast though and it felt so good to unplug completely from work and have a vacation, last was was shorter and a year ago.

Now I am going to get back on track with healthy eating and logging and back to my psyllium husk powder lol!
161.2 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
