someone asked about how much protein.... I weigh 243 and try to keep protein under 100 gems a day... The lowest i've seen being ok is about 60 grms per day or I have been told that your body starts swiping protein from muscle tissue making it harder in turn to lose fat. Easy to check that on the net.
