go me LOL!!! my goal was to weigh the same friday morning and this monday morning... I did it! And I didnt even feel overly deprived this weekend. I planned my meals ahead of time so I didnt find myself eating whatever was at the all kid events I'm at in my life right now. Also I let myself enjoy a few special treats of my own so I didn't feel like I needed to binge on yucky birthday cakes and candy LOL
