No weight loss this week. My weight stayed exactly the same. I am fine with that. I am still eating too many Atkins bars/treats. I really cannot even buy those pecan caramel clusters any more as they only have two to a pack and they make me crave. So I get to choose, do I want cravings and possibly no weight loss or do I give up a food item that causes me cravings. I choose giving it up. I also didn't do my three workouts at the gym this last week. I only went twice. I'm nervous about my upcoming surgery on Feb. 11th so I could be holding onto stress (cortisone) too. I'm not concerned though. My weight seems to stay the same, then lose a bit over a pound, then stay the same, then lose a bit over a pound. Maybe my body is adjusting. We'll see what next week produces.
