Apparently, if your goal is weight loss then weighing in every day is the best way. I understand the logic is that it helps you understand that daily fluctuations are normal, that weight goes up and down and that it's the overall trend you should take notice of. I also know that to gain 1lb of fat I would have had to eat an EXCESS of about 3500 calories in a day, therefore any huge gains or losses must be water weight. Logically I know all of that.

...But it's still so bloody annoying when it goes up! Despite having been in a calorie deficit. Just keep going I suppose.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
