放纵15天后的成绩单😂😂😂
像脱缰的🐴 三不五时下午茶喝饮料 加餐吃甜食 糕点面包🍞 😋😋😋 (偶尔可以 不过不要像我这样太放纵了 是时候收敛一点了)
tapi tapi有少少是涨在muscle, 近期都是weight training 😝 (自我安慰中😂)
121.5 lb Lost so far: 57.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
